Emberel meets the tools you already live in — your calendar, your inbox, your messages.

Google Calendar & Tasks

Google sign-in is for account access. Calendar and Tasks sync require a separate Google permission, which you can approve during onboarding or later from Settings. The source implements mappings in both directions:

• Time-specific Sparks push to your Google Calendar as events.
• Date-level Sparks sync with Google Tasks, both directions.
• Connected-account changes can be pulled back into Emberel; Sync now requests a refresh.

Duplicate and loop safeguards are implemented. Historical connected-account production evidence exists, but this correction pass did not run a fresh universal two-way reconciliation, so this guide does not imply one for every account.

Text (SMS)

The consent flow, capture commands, reminders, and provider-signature checks remain in source, but SMS_ENABLED=false and SMS is not available to public-beta accounts. The Twilio campaign was approved on September 2, 2026, and its assigned sender is registered. A controlled demo-account test then delivered one fictional reminder to the authorized handset; DONE completed only that reminder, HELP returned support information, and STOP/START updated opt-out state without changing unrelated Sparks. Free-text capture, SNOOZE, EDIT, retry/failure handling, and broader-device acceptance remain feature-tested rather than handset-proven. There are no active SMS allowances. The public SMS policy contains the disclosure required before any later controlled activation.

Email

The inbound Email Routing, Worker, R2, Queue/DLQ, and app-ingestion resources are deployed, and local persistence/retry/deduplication tests pass. One authorized, fictional plain-text email passed the complete production chain on September 2, 2026: its Spark appeared in the demo account and its staged R2 object was removed. Matching message identifiers connected the evidence without publishing the address or mail headers. Attachment and load acceptance remain separate. Outbound reminder email is a separate send path with its own credential.

AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT & more)

Emberel's Model Context Protocol (MCP) service is deployed and can let an authorized assistant capture Sparks, search memory, check today, set reminders, and mark appropriate items done. Access is gated to the demo/owner account, approved beta accounts, active trials, or entitled Pro, Power, or Founder accounts. Public-beta signup alone does not grant access.

• Claude — Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste https://mcp.emberel.com/mcp, and sign in when prompted.
• ChatGPT — Settings → Connectors → Advanced → Developer Mode, add the same URL.
• Cursor, Gemini CLI & other MCP clients — point them at https://mcp.emberel.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP).

Every connection goes through an Emberel consent screen — you approve each assistant yourself, the assistant never sees your password, and you can revoke any of them in one click from Settings → Integrations.
